Private & Corporate Parties

We welcome you to host your private event with Hearts for the Arts. It's the perfect venue for birthday and bachelorette parties, team building activities, fundraisers and non-profit or corporate events.  Please choose from the options below:

PRIVATE STANDARD GROUP ART CLASS:

-    10 person minimum (75 maximum)
-    $35 per person for 2 hours of instruction
-    Choose any project from our collection or request a custom project that we will create for a $20 charge.

PRIVATE ART PARTY

-    10 person minimum (75 maximum)
-    $40 per person for 3 hours (2 hours instruction, 1 hour mingle) OR
-    $45 per person for 4 hours (2 hours instruction, 2 hour mingle)
-    Kids "Art and Pizza Parties" (pizza from the Mitten Brewing Co.) are also available upon request.  Call for more info.

LITTLE VANGOGH ART PARTY (11" x 14" CANVAS):

-    10 person minimum (75 maximum) 
-    $25 per person for 2 hours (2 hours instruction) OR
-    $30 per person for 3 hours (2 hours instruction, 1 hour mingle)
-    Kids "Art and Pizza Parties" (pizza from the Mitten Brewing Co.) are also available upon request.  Call for more info.

PRIVATE NON-ART PARTY

-    $150 for 2 hours. 
-    $50 each additional hour
-    Can accommodate events, such as birthday or corporate parties, vendor parties (such as Young Living, 31 Gifts, Pampered Chef, etc.), baby or bridal showers.
-    A $150 non-refundable deposit (covers first 2 hours) is required.  You will be provided with a secured pay link for the additional amount/hours of your party.  If you wish to cancel, or reschedule your party, you must notify the studio at least 7 days in advance.  

MOBILE SERVICES

-   For groups of 29 or less there is a flat $50 loading/travel fee with an additional .30 per mile if outside the Grand Rapids area.  For groups of 30 or more the travel fees are waived.  A minimum of 10 people is required at $35 per person for 2 hours – includes all art materials.  If you have less than 10 people registered for the event, you will still be charged for 10 ($350).  * Non-profits or special needs groups receive a 15% discount and all travel fees are waived. 
 

SECURITY DEPOSITS

-    A $105 non-refundable deposit (covers three painters) is required for all private art events.  You will be provided with a secured pay link for the additional guests to register for the party.  If you wish to cancel or reschedule your party, you must notify the studio at least 7 days in advance.
